Climate action doesn't have to be complicated and there is a lot each of us can do. Our individual choices, consumer options, how we move, what we eat, can contribute to reach net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Here are some simple examples of climate action:

> Plant trees and support reforestation efforts.

> Reduce energy consumption at home by using energy-efficient appliances and turning off lights when not in use.

> Cycle or walk to work or school, or use public transportation.

> Invest in renewable energy sources like solar panels or wind turbines for your home or business.

> Reduce, reuse, and recycle to minimize waste and conserve resources.

> Conserve water by fixing leaks, taking shorter showers, and using water-saving appliances.

> Adopt a plant-based diet or reduce meat consumption to lower carbon emissions from agriculture.

> Educate yourself and others about climate change and its impacts.

> Support policies and initiatives that promote sustainability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

> Advocate for protecting and preserving natural habitats and biodiversity.
